Sheets and towels for the bathroom and the kitchen (weekly change)
Consumption of water, electric energy and gas.
Additional bed for children up to 12 years.
Child’s bed and high chair (upon request and if available) 
Use of the swimming-pool, of the table tennis and of the mountain bikes (if available and not already  used by other guests)
Use of the car park and of the firewood for the barbecue and the oven.
Use of the laundry (for the washing machine a cost reimbursement of 2 Euros per wash cycle is requested)

How to book and to pay :

With the reservation you are asked to make a down payment as guarantee, of about 30% of the total price. In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before rental starting, also due to "force majeure" causes, the down payment will be considered as forfeited. Before that period, only the fixed charges will be retained.
The balance must be paid directly at the farm, one day before your departure.
Making the down payment as guarantee, you accept in all part the conditions write up.

Arrival and departure time :

The arrival of our guests is normally expected between 16.00 and 19.00 o’ clock in the afternoon. At the departure you should leave within 9.30 o’clock in the morning.

Pets welcome:

Little-sized animals are allowed upon notice going with the booking.  An extra-fee of 15,00 Euros for the stay will be charged. This extra-fee will neither relieve the owner of her/his responsibility to pay for any damages caused by the animal, nor will it release her/him from the obligation to remove its excrements.
