Little-sized animals are allowed upon notice going with the booking. An extra-fee of 40,00 Euros for the stay will be charged. This extra-fee will neither relieve the owner of her/his responsibility to pay for any damages caused by the animal, nor will it release her/him from the obligation to remove its excrements.

Tourism Tax:

The City of San Gimignano established the the tourism tax, applied overnight staying, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate for a farmhouse is Euro 1,50 per night, per person.
It is not applied to children up to twelve years of age;
The tax is payable upon departure at the farmhouse.
